Returns
Customers may request a return within 3 days of receiving their order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- The item must not be damaged, washed, or altered
- Proof of purchase must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale or discounted items
- Accessories and personal-use items
- Items damaged due to misuse by the customer
- Customized or special-order products
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds are issued using the original payment method when applicable
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be arranged through the agreed method
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed only in case of:
- Wrong item received
- Defective or damaged item upon delivery
- Wrong size sent by our team
Customers must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order for exchange requests.
Shipping Fees for Returns
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong item or damaged product).
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs depending on the case.
